Why would you need a custom Sway Bar?

Engine Swapped or Modified?

Swaps change everything — sump shape, header routing, turbo plumbing, steering geometry. When your original bar hits everything in sight, we design a bar that clears your setup and restores proper handling.

Swaps change everything — sump shape, header routing, turbo plumbing, steering geometry. When your original bar hits everything in sight, we design a bar that clears your setup and restores proper handling.

Does your new sump, harmonic balancer or front dress now sit exactly where the sway bar used to live? Did you go from iron block to alloy — or vice-versa — and now your geometry is all out of whack? We can forge a bar with the added clearance, revised profile and correct rate to bring the handling back into line.

Lifted 4WD That Lost Its Stability?

Big lifts = big body roll. If your 4WD feels vague, tips more in corners, or leans dangerously at speed, we engineer a bar to bring control and confidence back into the vehicle.

Big lifts look great and let you run proper tyres, but your suspension geometry was designed for a much lower centre of gravity. You now notice the rig leaning over, reacting slowly to steering inputs, and feeling sketchy in sudden manoeuvres. A properly sized sway bar can restore — or even improve — the dynamics you enjoyed before the lift.

Custom Suspension or Chassis Setup?

Tubular front ends, custom arms, chopped rails, coil conversions — none of this matches factory geometry. We build a sway bar that suits your actual mounting points, not a catalogue guess.

Tubular front ends, custom arms, chopped rails, coil conversions — none of this matches factory geometry. We build a sway bar that suits your actual mounting points, not a catalogue guess.

A common example: Jaguar or early OEM double-wishbone front ends grafted onto ladder-frame chassis, or modern, narrowed IRS setups installed into classics. At this point you’re well outside the scope of any original sway bar, and that’s where we step in. We’ll need good measurements and photos, but if you can work with us, we can normally build a bar to suit.

Loaded Touring Rig Leaning or Wandering?

Long-range tank, drawers, rooftop tent, tow ball weight… it adds up. We custom-tune bar rates to stabilise your loaded setup and keep the vehicle tracking straight.

Long-range tank, drawers, rooftop tent, tow ball weight… it adds up. We custom-tune bar rates to stabilise your loaded setup and keep the vehicle tracking straight.

All the gear you’ve bolted on doesn’t mean the original sway bar knows what to do with your extra 200–1000 kg of touring load. A correctly matched bar restores the balance, reduces lean, improves safety, and brings back the confidence you had before you built the rig up.

Factory Parts Discontinued or Impossible to Source?

If your sway bar is No Longer Available, discontinued, or quoted at insane OEM pricing, we reproduce it — matching fitment, geometry and strength — often with improvements for longevity.

If you’re staring at a cracked or worn sway bar from a low-volume or 40-year-old vehicle and the dealer either laughs or hangs up, we’ve got you covered. As long as there’s enough of the original to use as a reference, we can reproduce it and commonly fix known weak points at the same time. You’ll have your vehicle back on the road — and often better than it was — in a few weeks.

Circuit or Track Car Chasing Better Handling?

Have you developed your car past the point off the shelf upgrades are simply not longer cutting it? Body roll, mid-corner push, lack of rotation or unpredictable balance? We build bars matched to tyre grip, alignment, spring rate and driving style for genuine lap time gains.

Track priorities are different to street priorities — you’re managing grip, balance, aero load and tyre temperature, not comfort. A custom-diameter, motorsport-rate bar gives you sharper response and a tuning window matched to your setup. With aero, slicks, or big power, the factory bar simply won’t be in the right range anymore.

Caravans, Camper Trailers & Tow Stability Issues

Sway at speed? Nervous towing? We build caravan-specific bars and heavy-duty rear bars that stabilise towing rigs and eliminate the scary stuff.

Stop Trailer Sway Before it Begins!

Sway at speed? Nervous towing? We build caravan-specific bars and heavy-duty rear bars that stabilise towing rigs and eliminate the scary stuff.

Trailer sway isn’t just annoying — it’s dangerous. Sway bars dramatically reduce the dynamic forces that trigger sway events, especially with long caravans or high-profile campers. A correctly matched rear bar improves stability, reduces tow-ball weight spikes, and creates a calmer, safer towing experience.

Drift Cars Needing More Rotation or Clearance

Lock kits, big angle, low ride height and turbo hardware all fight the factory bar. We shape bars for clearance and tune stiffness for snappy rotation and predictability.

Lock kits, big angle, low ride height and turbo hardware all fight the factory bar. We shape bars for clearance and tune stiffness for snappy rotation and predictability.

Big angle requires big clearance. We design bars that allow full lock without fouling on compressor housings, wastegates, or steering components while still delivering the roll stiffness you need for fast transitions. Drift suspension is its own world — tell us what the car is doing and we’ll help you tune around it.

Classic Cars & Hot Rods With Zero Aftermarket Support

From Pro-Touring muscle to one-off hot rods, space is tight and nothing fits. We build a bar that works around your chassis, exhaust and stance — and looks the part.

Does your hot rod come from an era before aftermarket suspension even existed? Or maybe the factory front end is long gone and you’ve blended multiple donor systems chasing the perfect look? We live and breathe custom builds — and we speak your language. If you can show us the space, we can normally build a bar to fit.
